1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReplyIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users worldwide.
2. Description of Service
ReplyIQ is an AI-powered email campaign intelligence tool that connects to your Gmail account (read-only), classifies incoming campaign replies into signal types (INTERESTED, HARD_BOUNCE, OUT_OF_OFFICE, DATA_UPDATE, UNSUBSCRIBE), and provides a dashboard and alert system. The Service is operated by Girish Prajapat ("we", "us", "our").
3. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Gmail Access
ReplyIQ requests Gmail read access (gmail.readonly scope) and the ability to mark emails as read (gmail.modify scope). We do not read, store, or transmit any emails outside of those sent to your monitored Gmail inbox as campaign replies. We never send emails from your account, delete messages, or access non-campaign emails. Gmail access can be revoked at any time from your Google account settings or from the ReplyIQ settings page.
5. Subscription and Payment
ReplyIQ is a paid subscription service. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Payment is processed by Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India). We do not store your payment card details.
6. Quota and Usage
Each plan includes a monthly reply processing quota. When your quota is exhausted, the agent pauses until your next billing period or you upgrade. We will send a warning email at 80% usage. Unused quota does not roll over.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to process spam campaigns, violate any anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or IT Act 2000), or conduct any unlawful email outreach. You are solely responsible for the legality of your email campaigns and the data you process through ReplyIQ.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data processed through the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that classification results will be 100% accurate. AI classification is probabilistic and may produce incorrect results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from missed or misclassified leads.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service and your data will be removed within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
