Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

ReplyIQ is operated by Girish Prajapat, India. Contact: girissshhh159@gmail.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: Your name, email address, and Google profile information collected at sign-in via Google OAuth.

Gmail data: For each unread email in your Gmail inbox that is identified as a campaign reply, we read and process: the sender's name and email address, the subject line, the email body text, and the date received. This data is used solely to classify the reply and populate your dashboard.

Classification data: The output of AI classification — signal type, confidence score, lead temperature, extracted fields (name, company, alternate contacts) — stored in your account dashboard.

Payment data: Subscription status and plan tier. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe or Razorpay and are never stored by ReplyIQ.

Usage data: Agent run logs (timestamps, emails fetched, errors) for debugging and transparency.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the email classification service
• To send you INTERESTED lead alerts and system notifications (quota warnings, welcome emails)
• To enforce subscription quotas and billing
• To display your dashboard and run history
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising

4. Third-Party Services

ReplyIQ uses the following sub-processors to deliver the Service:

• Google (Gmail API) — inbox access for reply classification
• Groq — AI model inference for email classification. Email content is sent to Groq's API for processing
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (EU servers)
• Stripe — payment processing for international users
• Razorpay — payment processing for Indian users
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — Next.js application hosting
• Railway — Python agent worker hosting

5. Data Retention

Classified reply data is retained for as long as your account is active. Agent run logs are retained for 90 days. When you delete your account or disconnect Gmail, your data is removed within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

6. Gmail API Usage

ReplyIQ's use of Gmail data is limited to classifying your campaign replies. We do not use Gmail data to develop, improve, or train AI models beyond serving your individual account. This complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

ReplyIQ does not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service (Groq for AI classification, Supabase for storage). No Gmail data is used for advertising.

7. Security

Gmail tokens (OAuth refresh tokens) are stored encrypted in our database. All data in transit uses TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Revoke Gmail access at any time (via Google account settings or ReplyIQ settings)
• Export your classified reply data

9. Cookies

ReplyIQ uses session cookies for authentication only (managed by Supabase Auth). No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
